San Diego is renowned for its fish tacos, which have become a must-try dish for any visitors to America’s Finest City.
A standard “Baja style” fish taco is topped with cabbage, fresh salsa, a light drizzle of a cream-based sauce and a wedge of lime, but restaurants all over San Diego have taken it upon themselves to add their own, distinctive twist to the original favorite.
