Elizabeth SteinPurely Elizabeth was founded by none other than Ms. Elizabeth Stein herself, though it began somewhat by accident in 2008 at the Westchester Triathlon Expo. Her intention was to get people signed up for health counseling and, in order to draw some attention to her booth, she provided hundreds of free homemade baked goods. The gluten-free creations were a hit, Elizabeth knew she was on to something.

Fast forward a few years later and Purely Elizabeth baked its way supermarket shelves, amongst some of the biggest brands in the industry.

The company puts a great deal of effort into the belief that good health goes beyond what we put in our mouths. According to Elizabeth, having a clean environment, supportive relationships, sustainable exercise routines, and balanced work/personal lives all intersect when discussing health.

As a member of One Percent for the Planet, the company donates one percent of sales to non-profit organizations striving to preserve the health of our planet and provide for future generations.

Now, about those mouthwatering mixtures:
